Early Life and Career

Shelby Nicole Rogers was born on October 13, 1992, in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. She began playing tennis at the age of four. In her junior career, she was ranked as high as No. 1 in the United States and won the US Open junior title in 2010.

Professional Career

Rogers turned professional in 2011. She reached the fourth round of the Australian Open in 2016 and the third round of the Wimbledon quarterfinals in 2019. In doubles, she has won four WTA titles, including the 2018 Charleston Open with CoCo Vandeweghe.
